Nathan Neff is the founder and President of Neff Law Group P.C.  Nathan grew up in Portsmouth, a small-town located in southeast Ohio.  Thereafter, Nathan attended and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California (USC), located in Los Angeles, California, where he was honored to be selected as the first student-graduation speaker for the Political Science graduation ceremony in USC’s then 113-history.

After completing his undergraduate degree at USC Nathan moved to Chicago and attended Loyola University Chicago, School of Law.  At Loyola Nathan was a member of the Thomas Tang Moot Court team, finishing first in the Midwest region and third nationally.  Nathan also earned the CALI Award for Excellence as the student with the high grade in the courses of Professional Responsibility, Evidence and Labor Law.  Nathan graduated from Loyola earning his Juris Doctor degree in the year 2000.

Nathan has been licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois since the year 2000.  Additionally, Nathan has also been admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for both the Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Wisconsin and has been granted admission, pro hac vice, by the state courts in Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio.  Nathan is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA).

After graduating from law school Nathan worked for approximately ten years as a defense attorney in two, large law firms in downtown Chicago, where he defended construction companies, property owners and medical care providers who had been sued in litigation.  In 2010, Nathan “switched over to the other side” and began prosecuting claims on behalf of plaintiffs in litigation.  In March of 2013, Nathan formed and open up the Neff Law Group P.C. Nathan concentrates his practice of law in the prosecution of professional liability claims (legal and accounting malpractice) as well as personal injury and commercial litigation.
